Impossibly Easy Pie! aka Coconut Cream Pie! Preps in 5min AND forms its own crust. 
 

Why I adore this pie…

1. 5 minute prep time — stir it all in a bowl and dump it into a pie plate.
2. It makes it’s own crust!
3. It reminds me of my grandma. And she’d gladly make one for me to eat all by myself.

What you need:
2 eggs, beaten1 c. sugar3 T. melted butter1 tsp vanilla1 c. milk4 T. self-rising flour/Bisquick3 ½ oz flaked coconut
Mix well. Pour into 9-in buttered glass pie plate. Bake at 350 for 30 min. (Makes its own crust!)
Scoop on that ice cream for some good ole A LA MODE! YUMM
